Natural Jute Rope (3/4 in x 50 ft) Thick Hemp Rope for Crafts, Railings, Hammock, Decorating

I just used this rope to wrap around my stainless steel swing chains and so happy with how it came out!! I separated the rope into single strands and then tightly wound it around the chains. It was super soft but also very sturdy. Highly recommend if you’re wrapping chains. Not so sure about using the rope alone to hang a swing- I’d be nervous to do that being that it was very easy to cut with a scissor. But this rope definitely gave me the farmhouse look I was going for.

Worked great for a ladder shelf project. The rope is soft and easy to work with. It might stretch a little if you are using it for a swing though.

Only place to get rope like this is on the web from Amazon. Forget your local hardware, all they have is the small, cheap stuff or plastic. Get this manila rope. 4 Strand, soft, yet strong. Good ole' basic, regular rope that they USED to sell at hardware stores, but not anymore. I used to be a ludite, but with Amazon, the items are just clicks away, delivered right to your door. You don't have to see anyone, smell anyone, wait for anyone or smell their breath.

The rope was smaller than the normal 3/4. However, it was good sturdy jute rope.

I bought 300 feet of this for our treehouse webbing. Also used it for the bucket and pulley. Oh yeah, and also used it for the rope ladder. Love it.

This rope made the mailbox we made really stand out! Easy to work with and wasn't too stiff, but soft. I really love how it turned out!

We ordered this Manila jute rope in order to create this lake house themed rail for our basement stairs. I was nervous that it would be too rough and scratchy for our young grandchildren's hands. I was pleasantly surprised by how soft it is and yet it also seems durable. It was also easy to work with for this project. Great rope at a reasonable price.
