For that reason, I keep my citrus oil (lemon, lime & orange) in the refrigerator. **Q: Can I use this in lemonade?** A: I wouldn't, at least the two bottles I have bought. I will never buy this oil again. It is more bitter pith than lemony zest. **Q: Does this have terpenes like orange rind oil for cleaning?** A: My specific answer is "I don't know, HOWEVER, my experience with sealed concrete countertops is, it will strip the finish if not wiped away promptly."
