It is bright without being overpowering, and you can tell the quality is there too. Definitely a higher quality than I was expecting at this price point.My passport slides into it's pocket easily and won't be a problem removing from the sleeve if necessary as part of customs. The best part though is that the "cash" pocket is almost the perfect size for a vaccine card in a 4x3 clear protector (providing the waterproofing and longevity benefits of lamination, without making it difficult to update if necessary in the future).
