Emergency Tool used by Professionals: Medical, Emergency Worker, EMT / EMS, Police, Firefighters, Jewelers Review: It Works! - I paid less than 5 dollars for this, and it was so worth it! I was a bit nervous about it (cutting off my own ring? Scary!) but it was very easy and this tool works great. You do need help because you need two hands to use this (one holds handle down, other turns knob thing so it cuts through the ring). It's possible to do this yourself with patience but I really wouldn't suggest it. I tried and made a slight dent but I waited until I could have someone around and with help I was done in less than five minutes. Overall it seems like good enough quality and I did not get hurt at all. I guess now I have it in case anyone else needs it. :) If you are desperate or in pain....go to a professional. But if your ring is just really stuck but you aren't in pain...I'd say buy this! :) Okay, infomercial over...I just am happy to have my ring off. Review: It WORKS! Ring off in 10 minutes! - You need a second person to operate the tool effectively. I had my platinum wedding ring removed in less than ten minutes. The blade feels flimsy, but it’s sharp and it CUTS! You have to cut your ring in two places in order to remove. Highly recommend. Saved myself so much money. ## Features - Professional quality, Precise & Accurate - Easy to use on rings on or off the finger - Cut w/a minimum of discomfort & effort - Quickly & Safely remove rings from fingers - Ring cutter for repairing rings, Blade is hardened alloy & completely enclosed ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B009CDDJFY | | Best Sellers Rank | #327,422 in Industrial & Scientific ( See Top 100 in Industrial & Scientific ) #19 in Surgical Ring Cutters | | Color | Stainless | | Customer Reviews | 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars (740) | | Date First Available | September 17, 2012 | | Item Package Quantity | 1 | | Item Weight | 3.2 ounces | | Item model number | pl128 | | Manufacturer | JSP | | Part Number | pl128 | | Product Dimensions | 9.3 x 4.8 x 1.2 inches | ## Images ![vaoruteng Finger Ring Cutter Tool - Jewelers Emergency Worker 1 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51OA2oU1yLL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It Works! *by S***D on April 29, 2014* I paid less than 5 dollars for this, and it was so worth it! Ring off in 10 minutes! *by L***G on April 3, 2023* You need a second person to operate the tool effectively. I had my platinum wedding ring removed in less than ten minutes. The blade feels flimsy, but it’s sharp and it CUTS! You have to cut your ring in two places in order to remove. Highly recommend. Saved myself so much money. ### ⭐ Doesn't Work! *by J***J on May 14, 2015* This is the very first time I am giving a negative review, which I hate to do; however, I just want to warn buyers that this is a flimsy product. It doesn't rotate and could not cut my ring. Whether I try it alone or try with someone to help, both results were the same-- it did not cut the ring! I think I may be better off using a thick gauge wire cutter. ## Frequently Bought Together - vaoruteng Finger Ring Cutter Tool - Jewelers Emergency Worker 1 - Ring Sizer Measuring Set Reusable Finger Size Gauge Measure Tool Jewelry Sizing Tools 1-17 USA Rings Size --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/1331160-vaoruteng-finger-ring-cutter-tool-jewelers-emergency-worker-1](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/1331160-vaoruteng-finger-ring-cutter-tool-jewelers-emergency-worker-1) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
