However, it does take care of my issue with Vitamin D, which is that I cannot take Vitamin D pills without digestive issues. Every year the doctor tells me my Vitamin D is low, and it keeps getting lower, but I can't make it through the digestion issues to take the pills, even low dose. I refuse to take another drug to counteract the side effects of the Vitamin D. A friend suggested trying an oral spray, and yes this has helped tremendously so now I am taking Vitamin D twice daily. As to the taste, this worried me because so many people were so negative. It is not that bad, and the after taste tends to remind me that I did take it already since its not in my pill sorter. This lasts all of a few minutes. Which means no, I am not drinking anything afterwards to remove the taste.
