It gives a lot of insight into how to make body butters at home using pure and simple ingredients. Homemade body scrubs and body butters can have magical effect on your body, mind and spirit.This books gives you all the information you need on how to get started making your own body scrubs and body butters. I'm excited to get started!I think the first body butter that I will make will be Coconut Lavender Body Butter. Once I make it and put in a cute jar and give it as a gift, I think my Mom will really like it. Lavender is soothing and relaxing while the coconut strengthens your skin. It's very simple to make and only contains 4 ingredients: Coconut Oil; Jojoba oil; Lavender oil and a couple drops of rose oil.The instructions are simple and I have all the ingredients so this should be a fun project. It's also a nice project to do with my daughter when she's not busy doing homework. She's in her second semester of college and she's got a full course load.I'm excited about starting this project.
