He used to wear one of these back in the day & wore it out, so I thought I'd get him a new one. It came with 2 pins & a little tool to get the old pins removed from the watch & install the new ones, if needed. That was the hardest part of the whole process & if you've ever replaced a watch band before, you know how that goes. He wears it daily & it's performing as expected. UPDATE: One of the snaps don't snap...very disappointing, since my hubby loves this watch band. So I took some fishing line & threaded it across the leather with the snap closed & through the holes, making it as tight as possible & knotted it as tight as I could get it. It's been over a week now & everything is still holding together. I will replace the fishing line when & if needed, as I don't think buying a new one will yield better results with this particular band. The leather with the snap is very thin, so I don't think a new one will matter. Hubby likes it, despite this flaw & you can't really see my repair.
