I bough two for my high school classroom and the kids are a bit confused because you need to put the papers in at a right angle to the stapler...they seem to want to put it in at a slight angle. There was a slight delay in it stapling, but that was okay. It also powered through several pieces of paper at one time. It was a great little stapler. Now 3 months later it is caput. Yesterday, while stapling two sheets of paper together it went crazy and wouldn't quit stapling. It was like rapid fire stapling. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it continued stapling over and over and over. I took it home for my husband to look at it and he said there is really no way to even dislodge anything if that is the reason it is continuing to staple like it is. You can't open this stapler and the opening is too small to even look to see if something is stuck.
