**Q: How long will they keep, tightly covered, in the fridge after opening?**
A: About 100 years ... I store mine at room temperature covered with olive oil and these are preserved for as long as one year.

**Q: is the can reclosable**
A: I put mine in a small mason jar in the fridge. I first pour out the now anchovies flavored olive oil and store that in a separate jar. I cook with this oil and it also works great to make garlic bread! Yum

**Q: Once opened, how long do these last before they spoil?**
A: Once opened transfer to a sterile glass jar, prefereably one of those rectangular, glass, locking lid types. Make sure that the anchovies are always beneath the level of the oil, and replenish it as may be needed. When you want to eat some, take a few, or however many, out of the jar and leave at room temp. until the olive oil goes back to a liquid. I have been eating my refrigerated anchovies for several months.
