Manufacturer Contact Information 1-800-526-5265 Review: Super Satisfied with the function of the product. - It doesn't automatically retract but if you roll it up when it is not raining, once it begins to rain and the water comes down the gutter spout, this product automatically unfolds with the pressure of the water. Also love that it is very long so it diverts the water away from the house. Review: Save Your Money - This product was not as advertised. It was not easy to attach to the downspout securely. It was defective and split in in its seam in the first rain. Additionally, it did not retract. It is totally a waste of money: not easy to install, unstable, not durable and not, in the least, useful . The company, Frost King, should be embarrassed to have their name on this product. ## Features - Unrolls automatically when it rains, and roll back up manually when it's dry - Takes Water Away From Foundation - Installs Easily, Without The Use Of Any Tools - Measurements Are 12' X 7" ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B003K1GKCS | | Additional Features | Automatic | | Best Sellers Rank | #17,402 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #16 in Gutter Downspouts | | Brand | Frost King | | Brand Name | Frost King | | Color | Green | | Customer Reviews | 3.4 out of 5 stars 2,127 Reviews | | Finish Type | Matte | | Finish Types | Matte | | Fits Hole Size | 3 inches | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00077578057576 | | Included Components | Frost King DE300 Standard Plastic Drain Away Downspout Extender, Extends 12-Feet, Green | | Item Depth | 7 inches | | Item Dimensions W x H | 7.2"W x 1.45"H | | Item Type Name | Frost King - DE300 | | Item Weight | 13.61 g | | Manufacturer | Frost King | | Manufacturer Contact Information | 1-800-526-5265 | | Manufacturer Part Number | DE300 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | Warranty. | | Material | Plastic | | Material Type | Plastic | | Model Number | Frost King - DE300 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Product Dimensions | 7.2"W x 1.45"H | | Product Style | Modern | | Special Feature | Automatic | | UPC | 077578057576 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Thermwell - **Color:** Green - **Finish Type:** Matte - **Material:** Plastic - **Product Dimensions:** 7.2"W x 1.45"H ## Images ![Frost King DE300 Standard Plastic Drain Away Downspout Extender, Extends 12-Feet, Green - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71KS7X5-oHL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can I get this in white** A: I would have liked white too but didn't see any available. **Q: Will this work at the end of a drain pipe past the btm of a downspout?** A: Yes yet it doesn't retract , it just lays there. If its windy it will fly around so i zip tie mine to the downspout. **Q: Can you cut it?** A: Yes. It is just thick plastic material. **Q: Can you place to go around corners if you unroll yourself?** A: Probably, if it is not a tight corner. I think a sharp bend would make the water back-up. It is just a thin plastic tube. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super Satisfied with the function of the product. *by B***O on September 7, 2026* It doesn't automatically retract but if you roll it up when it is not raining, once it begins to rain and the water comes down the gutter spout, this product automatically unfolds with the pressure of the water. But was missing the part to hold it on to the spout. Had to rig it to keep it on. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/13218514-frost-king-de300-standard-plastic-drain-away-downspout-extender-extends](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/13218514-frost-king-de300-standard-plastic-drain-away-downspout-extender-extends) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
