Not sure I would order this again. Many of the onions were hard, so using them as a garnish doesn't work. Not as sweet as the ones I've had in the Thai Restaurants more bitter.They do work well if you grind them fine in a coffee grinder and use them to help build a crust on a pork loin or other roast. But might be better to just make your own from fresh shallots.

Arrived early then expected. Great taste. Help me digistion. Great product. Will buy again.
