It appears to be made of higher quality latex, but the "give" on the rubber bulb while using it suggests (in comparing to older identical items) the bulb has thinner walls than previous items like this one, and it may not be as durable. Whaddya gonna do? Everything comes from China nowadays. The only other place I've found this item for sale on line was on porn sites, and they all charge more.
