I live in the middle of nowhere and I'm attaching it to a tree.** A: Not sure about a larger strap but you could configure the bungie around the post and secure it using the straps. Purchased this for use with my 100lb black lab for walks in the country. Have attached one end to a tree with the other attached to her vest so that we could be out in the garden together without her leaving the property. **Q: How long is the bungee cord?** A: 8-20ft Extended Stretch Cord **Q: The small sized belt, what is the smallest setting? The velcro is super strong. Curious how long it last. I wish the set came with and actual straight handle grip instead of a nylon loop handle. Good thing I already had one so I use it. It's a lot better to hold on to after having it pulled for so many sessions when training with the athlete. Over all the material seems to be good quality.
