Review: after like 1-2 decades of constant typing - A few weeks ago, after like 1-2 decades of constant typing, gaming, etc w/ a PC, my wrist was getting a lot of pain. It went from numbing pain to straight up shooting pain and back again. It really hurt to do much of anything that involved my hands, so pretty much life hurt. I did a lot of research on carpal tunnel and nerve pain and stuff like that and I found a little gem of advice that really the best solution is to TAKE A BREAK. Not "go easy" but stop using/abusing the tendons like you have been. There are surgeries, steroid injections and a ton of other things but it takes a long time to repair this tendonitis bit because it doesnt get a lot of blood flow. You ever notice how your shin can take forever to heal cuz its so far from the heart and doesnt have great blood flow plus the shin is not in a very muscley area so it doesnt heal fast. Yeah, tendonitis can be like that. (Or something. Im not a doctor, just paraphrasing a few hours of research. Google it if you want solid facts. You should do that anyway because its your body and you only get one so take care of it.) Anyway, the only way to stop using my wrist like crazy was to get a splint like thing to keep it from flexing, ESPECIALLY in my sleep as I love folding my hands up or curling them in under my chin. So I read you get the most success if you wear one of these nightly for 6 weeks. You get slightly better results if you wear it 24/7 but it wasnt really worth it to me as its a little bulky. So I wore this every night for 6 weeks and now I can honestly say I am experiencing no pain in my left wrist at all. I am kinder on my joints and wrists now and I rearranged my computer/gaming area so my wrists werent bent at odd angles as much and now everything is much better. This really works. The body will repair itself of most things if you give it time and patience and this wrap lets you do that. The brace itself is comfortable. Doesnt let you flex your wrist. It didnt irritate my wrist at all during the 6 weeks I wore it, it is nicely padded and held up fine. I love this. Ill probably get a right handed one sometime when the other wrist acts up! I read a lot of reviews and got this in a larger size for my left hand as it was the one that hurt most.

**Q: Can these be used to do Kung-Fu?**
A: I actually do use it to do kung fu, works pretty well, just tough for forms like require a lot of wrist movement (like basic Wing Chun forms).

**Q: how do you know what size to order**
A: My wrist measures at exactly 7 inches, so I had ordered the SM/MD since the packaging says it is sized for 5-8 inches. It barely fits my 7 inch wrist. There is NO way this will fit an 8 inch wrist.  For larger than 7 inches, take my advice and order the LARGE

**Q: I work more than 8 hours per day with a computer. Are this gloves comfy and useful to use when you are working? The package includes both gloves?**
A: Semi-comfortable. It includes only one glove. You have to order a left or right one. It was way more comfortable than the special fitted one the doctor prescribed.

**Q: Can this item fit a 190 lb 5'10" man?**
A: I don't believe so, it fit my 5-2 110 pound wife nicely though.  I'm approximately your size, a little taller and same weight and I got the "Large/X-large" size and it fits nice.

This is great. I highly recommend it for people needing to keep their wrist stable. It is as comfortable as it can be while still keeping the wrist immobile. During the day when I need to get things done I usually use a wrist support that is more geared for carpal tunnel issues for mobility.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ After a Few Days Use, Better than Before

I'm changing my rating on this product from 1 star to 4 stars. I had it at 1 star because, despite my wrist size being right in the middle of their range for the L/XL size, the brace was too small when I got it. And I was annoyed because it was on Amazon's "Not Returnable" list. Now, after a week or so using it, it's actually stretched a bit. It is still a little too small, in that it is not especially comfortable in the bottom of the "V" between my thumb and forefinger and the inside metal piece doesn't fit exactly the place it should for my hand. But, I now wear it almost all day long. Somehow or other the brace has stretched ever so slightly and the discomfort at the "V" is less. And, I find that I can spend a couple of seconds and adjust it's position periodically. So, why 4 stars when it's still not perfect for me? Well, what everyone else said in these reviews is, in my experience, true. It has the best support of any other brace I've tried. The two straps work together in such a way that it is easy to make the brace give support almost exactly where needed, and the support is strong. After all is said and done, the two things that matter in a product like this are: Does it work? and "Does it fit comfortably?" For me, with my large hand, I'd give it a 5 star for "does it work" and a 3 star for "is it comfortable". I'm a pretty good Amazon customer -- 118 purchases in 2018 and 59 in the last 6 months. But,as we all know, sometimes it takes only one little thing to get a good customer angry. So, this particular product -- the Muller Green Fitted Wrist Brace -- is way too small, despite my wrist measurements being in the exact middle of the range they said was right for the size they sent. O.K. No problem. Amazon shipped it out of their own inventory, so I'd just return it, right? Wrong. The item is "Not Returnable". Shame on me for not checking that on everything I buy on Amazon. And, it's only 12 bucks. So, I'll throw it away. I'll probably forget all about it in a few months. But, it p----es me off. DON'T BUY STUFF THAT'S "NOT RETURNABLE".
