Get a tens unit & pads for this type of therapy or kicks, not this "hocus pocus" trash. The electrodes are not ajustable as it says in the intructions, so if you try to adjust them as per instructions, you'll just break it. It's very hard rigid plastic with hard metal electorodes sticking out... very uncomfortable. It will not sit an any head for even contact or comfortably. It will leave lots painful dents on your face for a long time.
