I was very nervous buying this mirror because of another review I read that stated this product will only work on a Galant that already have factory heat already installed which mine did not. This reviewer said that although the mirror fit like a charm they were unable to use the end connector the mirror came with because it did not match their vehicle.The mirror that I received fit onto my car correctly and all the electrical connections fit without a problem. It is possible that this product has been updated since that review was made but it is worth noting that having replaced the mirrors on this vehicle over 4 times for varying reasons ( don’t ask) ever mirror that I bought from TYC or Kool-Vue have all been heated power mirror and all have shared the identical connector. I have also seen the same connection on countless cars at the junk yard.The fit and finish of this product is great. This mirror comes with a high gloss black finish that will hold up to the weather if you decide to forgo painting to save the extra cash.
