Can it be ironed to get it to adhere? If not, how would I get them to adhere?** A: Iron will melt the foam. Best to use contact cement. **Q: Could this be used for sole of shoes?** A: I do not think it would hold up very well - it is shaped pretty easily with sandpaper or other rough tools.
