This has a nice flavor. Normally with decaf I don't do well. (asthmatic) I am assuming it is the chemical process to decaf the coffee. I have no issues with this coffee. I would also note that I have found that with organic coffee I never get the jitters. It would appear that it isn't the caffeine that causes that.
