Since then, I've seen hundreds more martial arts films and have dozens of books. While this book doesn't touch on martial arts a great deal, it gives a closer look into Jackie's life story as a whole and oh my goodness, what a beautiful story! And a truly incredible human being! He touches on his childhood, fame, love, and career. I've learned some shocking things about him that I never would have known, had I not picked up this book. I was already a fan of his but after reading this, my respect and interest in him has only deepened. I also purchased the audible and I don't regret it one bit. Narrator did a fantastic job and was easy to listen to. A pleasant, easy and worthy read. What a guy! One of the GOAT for sure! Review: Good read - Very good book, to-get to know that discipline really pay off, for children of this generation this very good recommendation. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | #412,029 in Books ( See Top 100 in Books ) #24 in Martial Artist Biographies #1,184 in Actor & Entertainer Biographies #3,809 in Memoirs (Books) | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars (1,399) | | Dimensions | 6 x 0.1 x 9 inches | | Edition | Reprint | | ISBN-10 | 1982107227 | | ISBN-13 | 978-1982107222 | | Item Weight | 12.8 ounces | | Language | English | | Print length | 352 pages | | Publication date | September 10, 2019 | | Publisher | Gallery Books | ## Images ![Never Grow Up (An Entertaining Celebrity Memoir) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81cydw0JIKL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a martial artist of 6 years... *by P***E on March 14, 2023* I've always been a fan of Jackie but it wasn't until 2017, when I began training in ITF taekwondo, that I started to develop a craving for any and all martial arts material and big names in the game. He is proud of his heritage and has done much to promote Chinese culture. I found this book easy and enjoyable to read. His style of writing is relaxing. It’s as though he is conversing with you. If you are a Jackie Chan fan, you will enjoy the book. Even if you are not a fan, I would recommend this book. I knew of Jackie Chan and had seen several of his movies but I was not a diehard fan. After reading his story, I am now intrigued with seeing more of his movies. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/129755021-never-grow-up-an-entertaining-celebrity-memoir](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/129755021-never-grow-up-an-entertaining-celebrity-memoir) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
