He can put the pieces together himself and he loves taking it apart and putting it back together. The electric drill is hard for him to use. You have to press up to reverse and down on the button to screw in. This is a bit too hard for his little hands as he wants to press the button in the middle where it comfortably dips in for your finger. Luckily, he is great at using the screw driver that also comes with this car. The on/ off button is a bit hidden. The button is on the underside of the engine.
