I gave it 5 stars because it has really excellent flavor and is fresh. I am definitely planning on buying this again when I need more. However, I hope that before I order again, they improve the mailer that it comes in. When I have bought this before, it came in a secure cardboard wrapper. This time, the cardboard wasn't even sealed shut. The sides just opened without any tape or glue. Anyone could have just pulled out the sides and taken the contents. It was so insecure, I was glad the tins had not fallen out. I had ordered 3 tins because I use this tea a lot. Every tin this time had a minor dent in it. The tins had tape on them to seal them shut, and the contents weren't damaged in any way. The damage wasn't major, but I was disappointed that the mailer wasn't more secure. The tea is wonderful.
