From the very first use you can only use the stomach one while laying flat as none of the pads stickThe arm ones you can only use one at a time as you actually have to hold each side to get it to adhere to your skin and you have to hold it the whole while you use it.I read a similar review when I was making my purchase so I bought replacement gel pads. I have not used any of them yet but plan on changing the ones that came with it very shortly.And to clarify, I always make sure that I use it before applying body lotion or body products so my skin is dry. With that the pads should adhere to my skin but they don’t.I find the arm bands are intense and I can actually only take them up to about a four before my arm starts really twitching. I'm using it almost everyday but it didn't work as I expected. I decided to order the product based on the positive reviews. However it helped me a lot to cure my leg pains as I have Lipedema as well. It's better if the plastic shields are not individually cut the one you place it in your abdomen. It easily slips. Also the black material should be improve.
