I was disappointed that it arrived with two or three brushes which had already come off of the sticks they were glued to! All that it took to repair them was some Elmer’s glue placed on the tips of the sticks, then positioning the brushes back where they should have been and letting them dry. But still, folks, when did you last check your inventory before you send it out?Another disappointment that could have been easily corrected was the fact that my set arrived with a card indicating that if I went to a certain website, I could learn more about brush care, and makeup tips and application. I thought it sounded interesting enough to visit the site.
