I have had mine for a few years and make bread about once a week. They clean very well and have held up great. **Q: Why do the directions say to put these pans in the oven at 350 before using them?** A: I would definitely bake these in the oven at 400 for 30 min or so before the first use. I did that after washing the Bundt pans and reading these other posts here. The pans smoked up the whole kitchen and I bet my cake would have tasted like weird silicone smoke had I not done this. **Q: do the 2 regular size loaf pans stack?** A: Yes they do. 1 right inside each other **Q: Can you bake vegetables and vegetable fritters in this?** A: I don't see why not. I love this pan. SO easy to clean up. I just keep a cookie sheet under mine as it's "tippy" when you pick it up.
