There are two main differences between 2.0 and 3.0. 1. The 2.0 mesh is a honeycomb fabric with dense mesh; the 3.0 mesh is a checkered fabric, which is more durable. 2. The 2.0 tape uses hot melt adhesive, which is suitable for most materials except PVC; The 3.0 tape uses our newly developed new glue, which is basically suitable for window frames of all materials, and is UV resistant, high temperature resistant and removed traceless, suitable for sunlit windows, and also suitable for PVC windows frame. This is the main difference between the two versions of the product, you can buy it according to your needs. **Q: Can you remove the net to open and close outwards opening windows? Does it stick back in place also?** A: Yes, it can. You should keep extra space when you cut off the excess of the screen mesh, for convenient to open it. And you can press the net back to the velcro lightly after you open or closed the window. **Q: Would this stop a mouse from entering?** A: I guess it would depend on how determined the mouse is. It's only really stuck on with a velcro type material so not overly strong. But then mice are pretty undeterred....theyll eat cardboard and even their own babies, so I doubt this would act as an electric fence for them. If mouse wants in, theyll get in ## Frequently Bought Together - JIT-FUNG DIY Fly Screen for Windows, 2 Pieces of Mosquito Net Insect Mesh with Cutter, 51x61 inches, with 2 Rolls Self-Adhesive Hook Tapes, Black (Honeycomb, Set of 2) - YRH Magnetic Fly Screen Door, Heavy Duty Bug Mesh Curtain with Powerful Magnets and Full Frame Magic Tape, Insect Protection Door No Gap, Keep Bugs Out Lets Fresh Air in,90 * 210cm (Black) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/129273178-diy-fly-screen-for-windows-2-packs-of-mosquito-net](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/129273178-diy-fly-screen-for-windows-2-packs-of-mosquito-net) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-11-06*
