**Q: Will this work on peeled apple slices?**
A: Yes, that is exactly what I use it for. I sprinkle a bunch in a big bowl of water, put peeled apples in and then put them in my dehydrator. No brown apples anymore!

**Q: How much fruit fresh to use**
A: Depends on how you use it.   Directions on the label.  I use it for fresh fruit and directions are 1/2tsp per cup of fruit.  Works great on peaches, nectaries, apples so far.

**Q: What is in this?**
A: sugar, ascorbic and eryth0rbic acid and dioxide for anti caking.  I make fruit cups for my wife for an entire week at once and they are just as good 6 days later.

**Q: Hi is the fresh fruit use for bananas to keep them from turning brown**
A: No, it is for keeping slice apples from turning brown. I actually prefer a similar product-- BALL Fruit-Fresh.
