Android 9/10 users download app from FLIR not Google Play (supports 11 and above) *by S***. on February 11, 2023* I bought this FLIR a year ago, worked great. Software stopped working at end of 2022, but it is only the software on the Google Play, since it requires Android 11 or above now. If you have Android 10 or 9 (go to their support and search on "FLIR ONE® Device Compatibility"), then you need to use a different version downloaded from their support site, found by searching for "FLIR One Legacy App v3.6.1 for Pro, LT & Gen3 Cameras" or you can open up a ticket and they will give you the link. Battery life is a little short (maybe about 20-30 mins of solid use), but the device is quite light and pocket-sized as a tradeoff. It has come in handy for me scoping out water leaks, cold air leaks and of course, having a lot of fun with the kids. I have them hide, then I track their heat footprints!
