It's somewhat different from the starships we're used to seeing in Star Trek, a much larger saucer section, a larger single warp nacelle and a smaller secondary engineering section. The kit is beautifully engineered and builds up nicely, the nacelle and engineering section are very well supported and the parts seem to just snap into place with a minimum of carving and cement. Note that the saucer segments are marked and intended to be installed in sequence. If you follow the instructions you won't have any problems assembling it. The seams are designed to be hidden, just use a small amount of styrene cement and you'll never notice the seams at all. As an avid Star Trek fan and as an experienced model builder this kit rocks . You'll enjoy building it.
