They last about 7.5 hours in the scope of using a 1 minute sleep mode, but if you the scope screen on fully at brightness 3 non stop, no sleep, these batteries last 4 hours which I think is great. The longest I’ve let the batteries sit is 14 days with no voltage loss. When fully charged which takes 90 minutes the cells read anywhere from 1.48V to 1.50V. They hold those charges until about the 7 hour mark. These are a huge improvement over throwing money away on energizer ultimate lithium’s. I got 4 rupuu AA batteries with the 4 bay charger, charger cord, and wall plug for $29 shipped. As far as I’m concerned they have paid for them selves twice. Also the charger is clearly marked which end is positive unlike some reviews I’ve read here. I hope these last many more cycles and if they do I likely will buy a 2nd set. I had been wanting the newer X-Sight 4K with its non removable 22 hour battery pack, But I’m now liking the idea of having these long lasting rechargeable removable batteries in my older unit that I know I will always be able to replace. ### ⭐ GREAT CONCEPT, POOR DELIVERY! i'D GIVE THIS ZERO STARS IF i COULD *by A***L on September 1, 2019* I REALLY REALLY! wanted to love these batteries however,… Two of 8 batteries (25%) were DOA (dead-on-arrive) with the remaining 6 cells delivering at less than 1% of their advertised capacity after first cycle.I am a self-proclaimed battery nut & have been for over 50 years of my life. I’m always eager to try all the latest technology when it hits the market including Nickel Zinc.A major challenge for years with battery manufacturers has been to make & market a rechargeable, energy dense & lighter-in-weight standard sized AA or AAA sized lithium cell, which naturally puts out from 3.3 volts to 4.2 volts, into a cell that will safely power a standard disposable powered battery driven device such as a camera or flashlight requiring a cell that puts out 1.5 volts. For years consumers have largely been settling for using throw-away 1.5 volt alkaline batteries in devices requiring more voltage than your heavier & less energy-dense Nickel Metal Hydride (NIMH) battery that puts out 1.2 nominal volts.Enter Mrupoo rechargeable lithium AA batteries that promise all of the benefits of Li-on rechargeable battey technology with an output voltage of,… you guessed it, 1.5 volts. By now you have already read the same advertising claims that got me to purchase these batteries so I won’t bore you by repeating what you’ve already read, but I will state the facts of what I actually experienced with the two sets of 4 AA batteries & 2 chargers that I purchased.Upon receiving both kits I did what every lithium battery manufacturer would recommend & that is to completely charge ALL batteries before first use. Anticipating a 3 to 4 hour charge time on each set, I proceeded to load each set of 4 batteries into it’s provided 4 slot charger & plug each set into it’s own 3 amp USB output wall charger, NOT INCLUDED in the kit. The 2 lamps on each charge immediately lit up a searchlight bright red, fine. I was mildly surprised when I came back to remove & start using the batteries after 6 hours, only to find that both lamps on each charger were still brightly glowing red indicating that the batteries were still charging. I came back after another 10 hours fully expecting by that point to be greeted by 2 sets of completely charged batteries. Instead I found that 3 of the 4 lamps were still blazing bright red & the fourth lamp was glowing a nice soft green. Please recall that the advertised information on amazon’s site states a 3 to 4 hour quick charge & that my kits were charging for 16 hours & 3 of the 4 lamps still charging.At that point I consulted the user manual, an 8-1/2” X 11” sheet of double side printed & folded page, to try & better ascertain some of the particulars of this new technology. Interestingly, the manual states to FIRST deep cycle the batteries by fully draining them, then fully charge them for best results, okay.I then proceeded to test them. Using a 4/ AA powered LED flashlight I inserted 4 of the batteries & ran the light at full power to fully drain them as the manual instructed. The light turned off after about 1 hour & 15 minutes, not bad. I repeated the process with the second set of four batteries which included the charger with one set of 2 slots showing a complete charge. My suspicions were confirmed when the flashlight turned off after only 6 minutes, some 1 hour & 9 minutes short of the previous set of batteries. This indicated to me that the charge complete state shown on the 2 cells was likely an indication of no power running through the cells, or, defective cells. The resting state of the charger (no batteries) is glowing green lamps. Again, the kit with the charging set of 4 batteries after 16 hours powered the flashlight for 1 hour 15 minutes while the kit containing the one complete charge lamp only 6 minutes. This indicated a critical drop in total voltage in the flashlight causing it to under-perform. I then resumed the charging on all 8 batteries & the 2 cells showing complete charge remained in that state for the next 27 hours while, never showing a charging status, whilethe remaining 6 batteries again resumed their charging state throughout. Yes, 27 hours. At that point I removed the batteries from the kit showing a charging status & ran them through an identical test & was able to get a whopping 4 minutes of runtime. My conclusion is that this company is manufacturing & selling a technology that is nowhere near perfected or ready for sale. This is a process that steps the voltage of the battery pre-terminal down from 3.7 volts nominal to 1.5 volts nominal using a circuit board. Even drained to 3.3 volts the charger appears to only trickle charging the batteries which at that charging rate would likely take months to bring them to their full capacity. So much for the advertised 3 to 4 hour quick charge time.I do NOT recommend these batteries for purchase at this time & will be returning them through amazon. I look forward to possibly purchasing this technology when it is hopefully more proven in the future. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After the first week they are Lasting a long time - great product *by T***U on May 14, 2020* I am using this in a security camera. At first they seemed to run out fast. But they are lasting a real long time now. They are charging fast and the charger is easy to use, fill and remove batteries from. There is a hole in the middle of the charger case that you stick your finger in when they are charged to push the batteries out easily. The red light turns green when they are done charging. I am very pleased. I purchased 2 sets of these.
