Shipped in a sturdy box and wrapped well, nothing to complain about. Construction seems solid, the zippers are top-notch (A BIG deal!) and the handles is very heavy-duty and comfortable. The inside features nice thick "suspension" pads in the bottom for body protection, good strong Velcro strap to keep your fiddle safe from accidental spills if you fail to close the lid before picking the case up, a humidity meter, two bow holders, a generous shoulder-rest compartment, and lidded accessory compartment and protective blanket. I also like the full music pocket on the lid and end carrying handle and the many exterior bumpers installed at key points to protect the case from abrasion. And, it's very lightweight, yet seems sturdy enough to gig with (of course be careful and not pile heavy stuff on it, since it's a foam case). A big step up from the usual lightweight variety you'll find. Just a good quality case, and you can bet I'll be ordering more of these from time to time. Bought 1/2 for my daughter's violin and it is pretty close in quality to my full size case which costs almost 4 times more. 1/2 violin fits great, not too snug, not too loose. Both bow holders work fine, no issues. It came with blanket and 2 straps that seem good quality. Bridge fits in bridge compartment perfectly, accessory pocket is good size. Color is dark blue, almost black, which I like better than light blue.Overall very happy with the case. About me: I started playing violin 40 years ago, so seen a few cases before.
