**Q: Why so overpriced???.  you can find them everywhere for $15 a bag.**
A: Buy them where you can find them at best price.

**Q: How many are in a bag?**
A: The top left corner area on the bag says 20 clips in the bag.

**Q: Do these work on woven wire?**
A: I doubt it.  They are designed to tighten a single wire and are capable of applying a very high tension. To tighten a woven wire mesh, all wires would have to be tightened together or it would bulge badly.

**Q: What is the special tool?**
A: It is a crank that enables you to spin the tightener around the fence. You have to have this tool in order to use the tighteners. Which by the way are awesome
