Only issue is the little plastic tie-down clips. They eventually break, especially the rear straps that go under the back of the seat. Seems like any strap that has the most pressure will eventually break the clips. All the rest seem to hold up. Review: Serves it's purpose - Design and good quality. 1st order is for my 2019 Ford F150. 2nd order is for my 2012 Ford Expedition. Didn't install the headrest cover due to small size. It protects well my car seat. Very durable. It doesn't fits perfectly, but not too lose as well. Fits just fine to cover and protect my car seats ## Features - Seat covers are universal fit. They are not model specific. The headrest are to be used for vehicles with removable headrests. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00F4FAKDS | | Auto Part Position | Front | | Automotive Fit Type | Universal Fit | | Best Sellers Rank | #309,724 in Automotive ( See Top 100 in Automotive ) #2,021 in Automotive Seat Covers | | Brand | Plasticolor | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 1,783 Reviews | | Fit Type | Universal Fit | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00081134185849 | | Included Components | Seat and Headrest cover | | Item Type Name | Seat Cover | | Item Weight | 12 ounces | | Manufacturer | Plasticolor | | Manufacturer Part Number | 008584R01 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | 1 year Limited | | Material | Plastic | | Material Type | Plastic | | Model Number | 008584R01 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | OEM Equivalent Part Number | 008584R01 | | Seat Cover Placement | Universal | | Seat Cover Protection Level | Basic Protection | | Set Name | Ford | | Target Audience | Vehicle Owners | | UPC | 081134185849 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Auto Part Position:** Front - **Brand:** Plasticolor - **Color:** Black - **Fit Type:** Universal Fit - **Global Trade Identification Number:** 00081134185849 - **Material:** Plastic - **Seat Cover Protection Level:** Basic Protection - **Set Name:** Ford - **Special Feature:** Not_Performance_Used - **UPC:** 081134185849 ## Images ![008584R01 Ford Black Sideless Seat Cover - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/714pQ4jSOZL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Has anyone used this for a Ford Flex?** A: No. Sorry. Didn't install the headrest cover due to small size. It protects well my car seat. Very durable. It doesn't fits perfectly, but not too lose as well. Fits just fine to cover and protect my car seats ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Installation was ... a challenge. *by G***Y on April 7, 2021* If "thread bottom (F) corner straps through (G) black flap holes and connect to (H) back panel straps with s-hooks" makes any sense to you - particularly when printed in microscopic white type against an electric blue background on the back side of a cheap cardboard carton - then installing these Plasticolor seat covers should be a breeze. If not, don't worry. You'll eventually figure it out. Sorta. Maybe. You can, of course, always refer to the cryptic, postage stamp-size illustrations. Or you can do as we did and just wing it. Those anger management classes did come in handy, however. Otherwise, the product is good. When, or if, installed, they really do look great against the charcoal gray seats of our Ford Transit Connect XLT passenger van. They're comfortable, functional and they fit. And, unlike similar pads we've fitted to other cars, the sides seem to resist curling. Here's an idea. Why not spend a few extra pennies and color label the straps? Green to green, red to red ... simple stuff. Which, BTW, is what we wound up doing. It worked. ## Frequently Bought Together - PLASTICOLOR 008584R01 Ford Black Sideless Seat Cover - Plasticolor Ford Steering Auto Wheel Cover with Fancy Ford Logo Keychain - Plasticolor 008598R01 Ford Logo Universal Fit Car Truck or SUV Sideless 3-Piece Seat Cover w/Head Rest,Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/12825131-008584r01-ford-black-sideless-seat-cover](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/12825131-008584r01-ford-black-sideless-seat-cover) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
