The sensor was easy to install and the fit was perfect. The truck fired right up and idled as it should. Upon test drive, the transmission shifted smoothly into the gears as it should! Problem solved!!! I would recommend this brand to anyone who needs a TPS replacement. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Didn't fix the problem *by C***L on October 16, 2025* Ok ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to install *by G***B on June 24, 2021* 2006 Jeep Commander 4.7L V8. I had check-engine codes as well as engine RPMs cycling up and down at idle, very fast idle on cold start, strange transmission shifting under low speed, no-load conditions. Research indicated the Throttle Position Sensor as a possible cause. With the low cost of this off-brand part, and the ease of replacement (and the comfort of watching the process on Youtube first), I went ahead. This part seems to have cured the ills. CEL has been OFF for days since I changed it and its running smooth. ## Frequently Bought Together - TUPARTS Throttle Position Sensor TPS 5017479AA 5014479AA Fit 1997-07 for Dodge Dakota, 1998-07 for Dodge Durango, 1995-07 for Dodge Ram 1500, 1997-03 for Dodge Ram 2500, 97-06 for jeep Grand Cherokee - Manifold Absolute Air Pressure Map Sensor 56029405 AS88 Fits Dodge B1500 B2500 B3500 Dakota Durango Ram 1500 2500 3500 Pickup Van Jeep Grand Cherokee Wrangler - NewYall Fuel Injection Idle Air Control Valve IACV IAC for Dodge B1500 B2500 B3500 Durango Dakota Ram W150 W250 W350 Jeep Grand Cherokee 53030657AC --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/128123320-throttle-position-sensor-tps-5017479aa-5014479aa-fit-1997-07-dodge](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/128123320-throttle-position-sensor-tps-5017479aa-5014479aa-fit-1997-07-dodge) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
