If you need more definition (or tone; basically just a better "showing" 6-pack or flat belly), this will work but you need to be patient. Eat very healthy, do some exercise (or at least try to walk/climb stairs everyday), and refrain from eating salty foods and lay off the beers and you will see a noticeable change to your belly. A lot of people gave negative reviews on this and honestly, when it comes to these type of machines, it really is up to how your body reacts to it.
