I had some Bonito granules ( it's like chicken bullion) and added about a half teaspoon to the broth. I also added some cut up Silken Tofu- Firm style to it and turned a basic broth into a meal. Will I buy this product again...........yep. There are 8 packets of broth paste and 8 packets of greens inside the master package. Each packet is used with 2/3rds cup water.
