**Q: Hi what is the depth of the pillow in the middle ie how far are you legs apart?**
A: The narrowest part of the pillow is 7cms reducing from 14cms at the ends. The overall dimensions of the pillow 21cms X 25cms X14cms.

**Q: How do you find the ebook? It’s not been emailed to me and I can’t find how to contact the seller!**

A: Hi, the pillow is breathable and does not make you sweat or hot.  It is a really good buy for people who suffer from back pain.  The product has a sip so you can remove the cover to wash it.  Hope this info helps.

**Q: When I purchased this it was brilliant but after 1 month it’s far less supportive. Has anyone else found this.? If so how can it be resolved?**
A: No mine is still very supportive.
