## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this safe in a fish tank or pond to kill bacteria and Algae?**
A: This product will kill all bacteria and algae in a 2.5 gallon fish tank if you use one packet. Unfortunately, it will also kill all snails, fish, crustaceans and any other lovely creatures in the same fish tank.
For a pond, you would have to use quite a bit of product depending on how many gallons your pond holds and it would have the same result of killing all pond animals and creatures. Try using the 'quilt-batting' method to properly clean a pond chemical free.

**Q: will coffee filters work for filtering?**
A: Hi there! When you purify the water using a P&G packets, the process of flocculation occurs meaning that dirt and sediment bind and are easily strained out of the previously dirty water. As long as you have used the purifier and waited the allotted amount of time, you can use anything to strain your water into another container such as a coffee filter, or even a tee shirt!

**Q: Please tell me the expiration date on your current stock. I know someone posted the same question in 2020. Is the expiration about 3 years from now?**
A: Thank you for your question. We make sure that our listing is kept up to date with the current expiration date of the product. You can find this information in the third bullet point of the "About This Product" section. We are unable to provide any specific dates in this answer thread, as eventually that answer will become outdated.

**Q: Does anyone else show only workout equipment in the product pictures?**
A: Hi, thank you for asking this question! We have reached out to Amazon regarding this issue, they have yet to fix the product pictures on our listing. If you make a purchase, you will not receive this strange workout equipment! You will receive 14 packets of P&G Purifier of Water. After purchase, we will send a private message to all buyers asking for confirmation that they are expecting to receive P&G water purifier and not the pictured exercise equipment.
We apologize for this inconvenience.
