The COVID left me with pains in my chest when exercising, but with this supplement I can do intense exercises for a long time and my chest does not hurt or get tired. It gives me a lot of resistance. I take it an hour before doing my exercises. It has a lemon flavor and comes with a spoon. At the moment, I take it once a day, although the package says three times a day.
