The bumpers around the case seem strong enough but with the curve screen on the edge I was still afraid that a accidental drop could still hit that curved screen. The only thing that when you have had it in your pocket and take it out the side with the curved edge will have come out of the case. I also wish that the back side of the case was made with a little more nonslip material because when sitting on a smooth surface back side down it will slide all over the place. Ok now the screen protector that came with it is clearly for a Note 4 and not the edge because it will not hold the curved edge and immediately peeled away from the curve. It would catch on everything it cam into contact with. So that onky lasted about 28 seconds before i removed it and crumpled it up in disgust. But overall for a new device and one of the first cases available at the time ot was not a bad purchase.
