I love that you don't have to use heatshrink over the terminals. The cover over the terminals also gives you a bigger area to grip which puts less stress on your wires. I've used these to replace connectors even on factory cables and such. They're SO much better. If you need better water resistance (float plane etc.) I just fill them with silicon by squirting some in the back where the wires go in from a small tube. Then just move the wires around a little to make sure you have good coverage. I've never had an issue with them.
