I typically wear a medium in womens shirts. I am 5'9", 145lbs. A tight business jacket feels very confining -so for me this is exactly what I was looking for. I did wash it to take out a slight factory smell. It held up just fine though the wash. No fading, shrinking, or unraveling of stitching. I let it air dry and iron it.
