Brushed steel look. *by P***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 August 2019* Took a risk buying these with very little reviews but so far so good.Have only fitted one of the shelves as I have been slowly loading it up with weight over the last week to make sure the adhesive pads stick. We didn't want to drill into our new wall panels unnecessarily so am pleased that the sticky pads seem to be holding.The shelf does have an odd smell tho, rather like cheesy feet. Am hoping it will fade over time.Am a bit sad I didn't twig that they weren't chrome but that's my fault, not the products. They are more of a brushed steel.Update... Months later and they are both still going strong, see second pic. No more smell and no signs of movement. Very pleased.2yrs later - the lower shelf fell off when the metal inside one of the sticky pads broke. The top shelf seems to still be going strong though so if could have something to do with our 2yr old keep pulling at it.
