**Q: Is this suitable for a picture of my hamster Frank?**
A: I feel a little disappointed we have so far waited for 10 months and we are yet to see Frank framed in all of his glory? I have checked the pictures in the reviews but nothing...I think I speak for everyone when asking for this to be rectified immediately so we can all appreciate the framed frank we await so eagerly

A: Ordered 20 x 16 and it arrived damaged and with perspex. Now will have to go and buy the glass myself. Not happy

**Q: Does this frame fit an A3 poster or is the total size of the frame A3?**
A: Yes perfectly - I was absolutely delighted with the frame and fit !  Having searched for a while for an a3 size this met all my requirements. Thank you Frame Company keep up the good work!

**Q: I want to place a three dimensional object into the frame along with a picture, is this possible**
A: I would say probably not, the picture I put in this frame had been mounted onto card and it was a struggle for me to get the back of the frame back on, it was a very tight squeeze, so depending on the size of the object I would say it's very unlikely... hope this helps!

Having spent a long time looking at Amazon reviews of various Picture frames and seeing they were all pretty much alike, I decided to look for timescale in delivery, as I had a jigsaw puzzle completed that I wanted mounted and another jigsaw had already been started on top of it. I order this frame from The Frame Company and must admit it was Exceptionally well packaged; a large cardboard box, with Fragile tape around it, inside was Thick bubble wrap, secured with Sellotape and the frame itself was secured with cardboard edges.  The frame itself was the perfect fit for my 50cmx70cm jigsaw that is now in the frame awaiting my choice of location to hang it.10/10 for Quality and Service for The Frame Company! Thank You!

Looks good and is well made, however, be aware, the 'wood' frame is actually a plastic veneer. Difficult to tell though from a few inches away.

What a lovely frame. Better than I expected. It was packaged so delicately too. The oak frame is solid not cheap and nasty like most others. It was affordable too. Thank you so much.
