Was easy to install and saved me a bundle.Do be aware that there are other replacement mirrors advertised all over the web that say they will fit my vehicle but they are not even the same shape. I almost bought the wrong one at first without noticing. Maybe some of the 2011 Lincoln MKX's are different. Some of them look like the older style MKX.
