Getting a professional lift made was too expensive, so I decided to give these lifts a try. They have worked very well for me. They come with several layers so the height can be customized. They have adhesive on the back, so they stick inside my shoes fairly well. The adhesive does wear off, but if I am using them in a shoe with a heel, that doesn’t matter. I also use them with sandals, but I need to replace them more often. These lifts have been a good, inexpensive solution to my issue.
