Review: Best almond flavoring I’ve tried - LorAnn Almond Emulsion tastes better than any of the other almond extracts I have tried over the years. The scent and flavor are more vivid. Others seem flat in comparison. My experience with a bottle of this several years ago was that it maintains it flavor. So while this is a bigger quantity than I normally would order, I am confident that it will stay fresh. Also I will use it more often.
Review: Tastes as incredible as it smells! - I am going to start this off with stating that I am by no means a pastry chef..... more like maybe semi-competent food network junkie. My absolute favorite flavor in any pastry is almond, and not the nutty almond...... Im after that sweet smelling Marzipan flavor. Let me tell you, this emulsion really delivers both in flavor and aroma! ( i may have dropped the bottle with the cap loose enough that it popped off and about a tablespoon splashed out. OMG My kitchen smelled AMAZING for a couple hours after i cleaned it up lol! ) The best part is that the flavor didn't bake out and the recommended 1 to 1 conversion was spot on. I would always have to up the amount of the store bought almond flavors with very mixed results. My very first bake was an Almond Poppy seed bundt cake and I've already had to remake it twice since. This is now a kitchen staple for me!

**Q: Would this be a good product to flavor olive oil?  Will it separate from the oil like water?  Thanks.**
A: These are water based so they will not emulsify in oil.

**Q: How does princess flavor compare to buttery sweet dough flavor? I'm not sure how they are different.**
A: buttery sweet dough is more generally nutty and with a hint of citrus. princess flavoring has a very acidic almond like flavor to it that's otherwise hard to describe. They are actually very different.

**Q: The picture you are using today is only 4oz, but is listed as 16oz. Which is it for?**
A: I have purchased both the 4-ounce (for just under $6) and the 16-ounce (about $19). They also sell a gallon-size container. The picture shows the 4-ounce bottle. The description identifies the actual amount. This is an awesome product.

**Q: Can you use bakery emulsions to flavor water?**
A: I haven't tried .. But I don't think it would taste that great. What are you making? It's great to flavor frosting. My favorite is the princess emulsion. Hope this helps.Oh you can also add it to your cake batter
