Would buy again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Asurion paid in full for failed TV *by A***E on June 12, 2023* On 7/15/2019, I purchased a Samsung Q80 QLED TV and purchased Asurion's Extended 4-year service contract. In the last week of May 2023, the TV screen went blank. It took only a few days to have Asurion's local technician come to investigate. He said the TV had a panel failure and because repair likely would cost more than a new TV, Asurion likely would pay cash to me. He was correct. A few days later, Asurion contacted me and confirmed the technician's opinion. Today, I received Asurion's check for the full purchase price for the TV I bought on 7/15/2019. I bought a similar Samsung Q90C 2023 model for $2 more than I paid for the failed TV. I again included an extended service contract. I always wondered if one of my many Asurion service contracts would pay if I ever had a claim. Asurion paid full price with no argument. I am very happy with my Asurion extended service contract. Addendum: I am not happy that Asurion continues to pester me to rate my experience over and over and over again. I have completed ratings and surveys each 3 times.
