Review: Perfect replacement - no noise or humming! - This Adapter works great!! I was looking for a Power Supply for the Yamaha THR10X I got used - unfortunately it came without any Power brick, and try to get a spare form the manufacturer direct... - this will give you a headache... I am glad that I found this one - even with shipping to Germany it's a great value for money. Most important - it works flawlessly!! There have been reports about "humming" Power bricks, especially with the higher gain version of the THR10X - this one is dead quiet!!! I really can recommend this one!!
Review: It din't work for my application - I'm sure this was good, but it didn't work for the device I bought it for so I returned it

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is the spec the same with the revised Yamaha THR10 noiseless adapter?**
A: The adapter sent to me did not solve the buzz problem. However, Upright was quick to respond and said they are sending another adapter. This is after they asked me to send a photo of the three label. I do have an adapter that works. It is generic and has three prong plug. Will find out if the new adapter works. It has not arrived yet.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It din't work for my application
*by J***T on June 10, 2023*

I'm sure this was good, but it didn't work for the device I bought it for so I returned it

### ⭐ Not 15Vdc as required by Yamaha but works and has a hum when you take your hand off the guitar neck
*by A***R on December 2, 2015*

this charger is 16 Vdc NOT 15 Vdc does it matter? the amp works but it has a serious grounding problem (there's a type of hum that comes out of the speaker) as the voltage is off and the cord has no ground pin so I use a noise gate with it.
