I chopped off the butt stock and recontoured the pistol grip. I first tried using a polymer rail but the cocking effort was too much for it to handle and the screw heads pulled through the plastic. After filing off the M-loc nubs, I installed the new solid Aluminum part and it is holding up well. Feels solid and the folding stock noticeably lightens up the rifle. Happy with this purchase.
