But I know how beautiful it can be when older. The bottom bud has developed a ginkgo leaf. That is encouraging. Part of the leaf has been eaten by something though. I bring it in at night until I can wrap a copper sleeve around the pot for protection. My little tree will remain in containers since there is no yard here were we live. We are in the 9 zone and can view the Pacific Ocean and enjoy the cool breezes. Thank you very much. Review: Arrived in good condition - Item packaging was damaged, but the product was OK.
